Question by Alex: Where to find public records online for Honolulu?
I’m trying to find FREE public records online for the city of Honolulu. But the websites have telephone numbers, or charge to view the information. I know it is possible to do so because I live in Florida and I can look up public records, like traffic violations, for free.

It depends on what kind of records you are looking for. When you do a search, look for addresses that end in dot gov. Maybe some of these links will be helpful.
